KEEP GOING

Well I am just letting everyone know how I got on at Scottish Slimmers, quite well and I know I can stick to this anyway I need to it costs too much to give it up, but seriously it is worth it. I kept a check on what i was eating the first day, I thought I had only eaten a little but when I added up the checks I had nearly used all of them which meant I had to watch what I ate the rest of the night. No treats for me on Friday then. First day is always the worst and at least now I will appreciate anything I eat also it tastes so much better!!!!!

CREATING MY BLOG

How I created my blog this was easier than I first thought.
I went onto the internet and put in google then put in www.Blogger.com
The home page was clearly set out if you wanted to sign in or create a blog.

CREATING MY FIRST BLOG

I just clicked on create a blog
I had to put in my email address and password ( this allows only myself to go in and edit or add to my blog.)
I added a title
subject
Then I created my first post (I put in a small introduction as to what may blog was about and why i had set it up)
Then I published my post
Then I clicked on preview to see how it looked

ADDING TO MY BLOG

I added the following to my blog to make it more interesting and to make the information relevent to my blog and as up to date as possible I done this through the following:

TRANSFERRED IMAGES
NEWS FEEDS
VIDEO BAR
AUDIO
LINKS

TRANSFERRING IMAGES;
Go to internet
Google select images
Copy and paste into blog

NEWS FEEDS:
Click on layout
Click add a gadget
Click news
Then select your news feed
Click add
The news feed will now be on your blog

VIDEO BAR:
Click on layout
Click add gadget
Select video bar
Search for key words
Click add
The video bar has now been added to your blog

AUDIO:
Click on layout
Click add a gadget
Scroll down to HTML/JAVASCRIPT
Add a name
paste in a code
I can now access the radio through my blog

LINKS:
Click on layout
Click add gadget
Select the links list
Add links by putting in the URL address
Give it a title
New site name
Click add link
The links are now added to the weblog

COLLEGE PROGRESS/ INTRODUCTION

I am currently studying NQ Computing at West Lothian College.
I am now more than half way through the course which I am enjoying very much.
In this block I had to set up a weblog of my own and update it weekly. My weblog is about trying to loose weight and tone up. I have called my weblog The Trim Gym.

Tonight will be my first night at scottish slimmers lets hope they allow for treats!!!
Probably not.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS

Hello
As the college is having a few days break I am updating my blog at work. I have quite a lot to catch up on who says it's a holiday. It's time to get organised I suppose.

Keeping fit has fallen by the wayside,It's quite hard to fit it in as I have been busy. If I don't get it together this week I will seriously need to consider SCOTTISH SLIMMERS.

Today i have added a link to Inveralmond community School which offer a really good selection of keep fit classes and has a gym, pool, sauna etc. at very reasonable prices take a look.

Try again

Hi
No I have'nt given up been busy.
I have been on a yo yo diet!

Although I have been to the gym 3 times last week. no pain no gain.

Eating habits well - half the week Iam really healthy and motivated come Thursday my mind and body think weekend chill out, eat be happy.
